This info will be used to determine if more then one RSVP can occur on the same day. For example if Kenny would like to camp with 5-10 friends and Josh would like to do the same then both get the RSVP but if Kati has a weekend scheduled to ride horses on the trails and Kenny wants to bring 10 guys ridding or shooting the person who requested the date first gets the RSVP for safety reasons.
